A precision self-assessment tool that maps where you are across any set of dimensions you care about. It was designed for personal life tracking, but you can customize everything: use it to track a project, monitor observations in an experiment, keep a health diary for your doctor, or anything else where you want to measure, compare, and reflect on change over time.
Key Features
Two-decimal precision: Whole numbers feel like buckets: "I'm a 6 in fitness." Two decimal places force you to actually feel the difference between a 6.20 and a 6.75. That precision is where real self-awareness lives. It also means when you improve by even 0.10, you can see and celebrate it.
Focus mode: Click either endpoint of any slider (the 0 or 10) to open a range editor with two draggable thumbs. Narrow the range to zoom into the part of the scale that matters right now. Combined with two-decimal precision, you can work at extremely fine resolution. You can also click the numbers in the range editor to type an exact value.
Tagging: Click + Tag to enter tag mode. A ghost preview follows your cursor showing the exact value. Click to place, then fill in a title and description. Tags are personal reference markers that label what each part of the scale means to you. They make the abstract concrete.
Everything is editable: Hover over anything and when you see it react (highlight, border, cursor change), you can click it to edit. Metric names, area names, tag titles and descriptions, the info text, even the value on the card below the slider. If it looks clickable, it is.
Snapshots: Click Save Snapshot to lock in your current ratings. Previous snapshots appear as faded ghost markers on each slider so you can see your trajectory over time. A colored delta bar shows the direction and magnitude of change since your last snapshot.
Notes and timestamps: Hover over the value card below the slider to see options for adding a note and editing the date. Record what prompted the rating, or backdate entries if you're catching up.
Ways to Use This
Personal tracking: Rate yourself regularly across life dimensions. Watch the ghost markers accumulate. Reflect on where you're growing and where you're stuck.
With a coach or therapist: Print your tracker (use the Print button for a clean single-column layout) and bring it to your next session. The printed version includes space for handwritten notes.
Health diary: If a doctor asked you to track sleep, pain, mood, or diet, customize the areas and metrics. Print and bring to your next appointment.
Project tracking: Rename areas and metrics to match your project dimensions. Use tags to mark milestones.
Graphs
Click Graphs to see your metrics plotted over time from your snapshot history. Lines are color-coded by value (red to green) for single metrics, or distinct colors when viewing all at once.
Hover to highlight: Move your mouse near a line to highlight it and see its tags on the Y-axis. Other lines dim so you can focus. Hover a data point to see value, date, and note.
Click to edit: Click any data point to edit its value or note directly in the graph.
Smoothing: Choose between no smoothing, moving average, or smooth curves (bezier) from the dropdown.
Adjust axes: Click Adjust Axes to zoom into a specific time range or value range using dual-thumb sliders.
Export: Click Export to save the graph as a PNG image.
Goals and Milestones
Goal markers: Set a goal for any metric and a triangle marker appears on the slider at that position. When your current value reaches the goal, the marker pulses green.
Milestone Module: Click Milestones to break any goal into granular steps. Pick a metric, set your start and target, add a few anchor descriptions at key points, then generate detailed milestones for every 0.1 step between them.
AI-powered generation: With an API key configured (free with Groq), the AI fills in all intermediate milestones based on your anchors. It generates personal, specific descriptions, not generic labels. You can edit everything before saving.
Custom Templates
Click Template to generate a complete tracking setup from a description. Tell the AI what you want to track (e.g., "marathon training while managing work stress") and it creates all the areas, metrics, tags, and descriptions.
Settings and Customization
Click Settings to choose a visual theme or set custom colors.
AI Integration: At the bottom of Settings, configure your AI provider (Groq, Google AI, OpenAI, or OpenRouter) and paste your API key. Each provider shows a direct link to get a free key. This powers the Milestone Module and Template Generator.
Use Export to download a backup file. Use Import to restore on any device.
Auto-Snapshots
If you haven't interacted with the tracker for more than 8 hours, the next time you open it your previous values are automatically snapshotted. This means your old values are preserved as history and you can start updating with fresh ratings compared against the last session.
Tag Grouping
When you have many tags close together (e.g., after generating milestones), they automatically group into blue cluster pills showing "N tags" with the value range. Hover a cluster to see all the tags inside it. Zoom in with focus mode to spread them apart.
Your Data
Everything auto-saves to this browser. Come back tomorrow, next week, or next month and your ratings, tags, notes, and snapshots will still be here.
Your data is private to this device and browser. Nobody else can see it. If you switch devices or clear browser data, use Export/Import to transfer.
Your AI API key is stored locally and only sent to the provider you choose. It never touches our servers.
Want to use this offline? In your browser, press Ctrl+S (or Cmd+S on Mac) and save the page as an HTML file. It works fully standalone with no internet connection. Your data stays in your browser either way.
AI Integration (optional)
Powers the Milestone Breakdown feature. Your API key is stored locally in your browser and only sent to the provider you choose. All providers offer free tiers.
Enables "Maximum Detail" buttons. Uses multiple API calls to generate exhaustive tags for every metric.
